This is the third year of a festival that Northern Aspects pledges to hold for a minimum of five years, and hopefully for many decades to come. Their goal is to increase stoke and build community - Alaskans supporting Alaskans.

Fire up your best recipe and join us for the Expedition Chili Cook Off, sponsored by High Expedition and benefiting Denali Arts Council. Enter your award worthy chili in one of two categories: The Summit Series: Business Class is for professional organizations/cooks, or the Explorer Series: Local Legends and Out of Towners for nonprofessional.

Join us for the 5th annual Ice Sculpting Competition as part of the Talkeetna Ice Festival. Participants will have 8 days to complete their carvings, which will remain on display in the Talkeetna Village Park until the weather says otherwise. Register here to be a participant!
