Description
The Last King is a rated R movie that takes place in 1204 in Norway, where a couple of ski champions try to protect a royal baby. Costumes are encouraged.

As part of the Oosik Festivities, dress to Nordically impress and join us for an epic screening of The Last King.
This high-stakes adventure follows two fierce Nordic ski warriors racing across the frozen mountains to protect the last surviving infant heir to the throne, as civil war ravages 13th-century Norway.
This film will be considerably more entertaining if you arrive in full Nordic garb (furs, braids, cloaks, broad swords) and if sporadic (theatrical) sparring were to break out, well… we certainly wouldn’t be disappointed.
Think twice about bringing the kids. This film is rated R for murder, mayhem, and a bit of risqué business.
Doors open at 7:00pm and the film starts at 7:30pm.
This screening is free and sponsored by the Denali Nordic Ski Club.
